SHELBYVILLE, INDIANA
This addition and three-story remodel project by Runnebohm Construction enhanced the sanctuary with new stained-glass windows, updated seating, a new stage, and fresh floor and wall coverings. Light now fills the space to produce a divine experience for those inside. Indiana limestone was used to match the historic exterior and to keep the character of the building intact. The entire mechanical system was overhauled to create a more comfortable environment throughout the church. Exterior windows and doors were replaced throughout the church.
An addition and large canopy were added to the north side of the building. An elevator was added to make the overall building more accessible to those with physical limitations.
