Cierra serves as Project Coordinator / Procurement Specialist at Runnebohm Construction, where she supports project teams from preconstruction through closeout. She manages procurement and inventory, working closely with field operations to ensure materials and equipment are available and aligned with RCCI’s self-performing work. In her coordination role, Cierra assists Project Managers by organizing subcontract agreements, tracking submittals and project documentation, supporting schedule updates, and helping maintain clear project workflows. Known for her organized, practical approach, she strengthens communication between the office, field, and vendors — helping keep projects efficient, well-documented, and on track.
