INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
Runnebohm Construction acted as General Contractor for this 35,000-sf new commercial building in Indianapolis. The building utilizes insulated metal panels in combination with brick and block to create a unique exterior aesthetic. The interior bears the same vibrance as the exterior through its materials and finishes.
The total building is made up of two parts, a 12,000-sf office and a 23,000-sf assembly and warehouse portion. Altogether, this creates a 140-ft x 250-ft facility with a 24’-10” eave height.
The project also included site improvements in accordance with Lawrence Village standards and solar panels (installed after photograph) capable of producing over 380,000-kWh per year.
