As HR and Safety Director, Jim brings a powerful combination of military leadership and strategic expertise to the organization. A retired Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, he offers decades of experience leading personnel and operations at the highest levels. His specialties include human resource strategy and safety program management, grounded in real-world leadership and fortified by strong academic credentials - including dual master’s degrees in HR Management and Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College.

Jim is passionate about developing people and fostering compliant, high-performing workplace cultures where safety is a core value. His extensive background in training enables him to communicate complex safety standards and HR policies with clarity across all organizational levels. As a certified OSHA trainer, he promotes regulatory compliance while cultivating a proactive safety mindset. Whether navigating evolving compliance landscapes or designing impactful training programs, Jim excels in high-responsibility roles where safety, people, and mission readiness converge.
