A new 12,000 SF manufacturing and office facility in Greenwood, IN. Building features include pre-engineered structure, standing seam metal roof, precast concrete walls, 25 ton top running crane and a concrete storage mezzanine over the office area. The building has full air conditioning utilizing an air rotation system. This project was built to expand business in the Indianapolis market.
