The new medical facility for the Pediatrics Associates of Greenwood, built by Runnebohm Construction, is an attractive wood frame structure with brick veneer that has over 5,000 SF on the main floor. The facility contains four physician offices, 12 patient examination rooms, a lab room and over 900 SF for a patient reception area. Mary Elise Hodson, M.D., said "Everyone loves the new building. It's the general consensus that we have the best office in the St. Francis Medical Group. Runnebohm Construction helped us with the design, permits, zoning, bidding and in many other ways. Their oversight of the project was invaluable."
