FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 23, 2007 SPECULATIVE BUILDING PROJECT UNDERWAY ON FAIRLAND ROAD Blue River Development Corporation has selected Runnebohm Construction Co., Inc. to begin design work on a speculative building project to be located on Fairland Road just east of the Pilot Travel Center. The building will contain 50,400 square feet with expansion capability to a total of 112,800 square feet. Runnebohm Construction, established in 1968, provides design/build planning and construction services for the commercial and industrial markets throughout Indiana and surrounding states. The company is located in Shelbyville, Indiana.
